As the mug on the picture says, WE LOVE FOUNDERS! We understand how stressful and convoluted setting up a company can be. I have first hand experience and clearly remember feeling everything was wrong the first time I established a Company. Since then, I have started several corporations, some have survived and others have failed, and I am proud of every single experience. It was making those ideas happen what was important to me, my partners and every single team that I have worked with.
As an entrepreneur I founded Dada Labs, one of the first iPhone and iPad app developers in San Diego, and Peninsula Business Consultants, my consulting firm and bread and butter, also in San Diego. As a Mentor, I had the great privilege to participate in the tech incubator EvoNexus in San Diego and the global business accelerator Endeavor Baja in Mexico. Two years ago I founded Saguaro Brewing Company in Baja and gave it a shot at online retail with Runner Store in Mexico, which unfortunately did not make it. At the firm, we have assisted hundreds of clients in establishing companies and have provided consulting services for them to implement and develop a robust corporate governance strategy. Including Startups that participated in tech incubators such as 500 Startups, among others.
As a Volunteer, I served as Commissioner for Arts and Culture for the City of San Diego - a 15 Member Advisory Board to the City Mayor and City Council - for almost 4 years; as Board Member at Mingei International Museum and as President of the Board of House of Mexico, also in San Diego.
